The Chosen

The Chosen stones were the precious stones set in the breastplate of the High Priest.  Just as these stones were chosen with meticulous care, so did we chose unique and quality grapes that went into a product that reflects our aspiration to create exciting wines.

The uniqueness of this wine label is not only due to the use of the choicest grapes, nor only to the professionalism of the winegrowers. It is also the result of unique production processes that include microvinification, barrel filling by means of gravitation that involves no pumping action, extensive aging and barrel emptying using inert gas instead of a pump.

All these elements resulted in the creation of a series of top quality hand-crafted wines.
