Dry Red Wine

Varietal: 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Merlot

Growing region: Lower Galilee

Wine production process: After the grapes were separated from the clusters, the juice fermented with the skins for a week in order to achieve optimal extraction of color, flavors and aromatic substances. After crushing and the end of the fermentation process the wine underwent clarification and matured in oak barrels for a period of eight months.

Characteristics: Juicy fruit with a hint of oak aromas and a soft, round flavor.
Serving suggestions: Best served at temperature of 18°C-20°C. Particularly suitable with meat and seasoned chicken dishes.
