Semi-dry white wine

Varietal: 100% Muscat Alexandroni

Growing region: The foot of the Carmel Mountains.

Wine production process: After separating the grapes from the stems, the wine fermented with the skins for a week for optimal extraction of flavor and aroma. The fermentation and pressing processing were following by a period of clarification and filtering prior to bottling.

Characteristics: Rich aroma with a pleasantly balanced sweetness.
Serving suggestions: Serve at temperature of 10°C. Specially suitable with light fish courses, first courses or with fruit desserts.
